Villa Driades
FOTIMARI, KEA

Villa Driades is a luxury stone house situated 4 km up on the hills, from the beautifull beach of Gialiskari and from the main port  of Korissia. The stones were hand carved and placed by specialist workmen from the island. On the 8.000sq meters of the surrounding area, there are oak trees, which have been there for hundreds of years.

The villa comprises of two buildings, the main building and the guest house.

The spacious living room with an open fire place has quality, relaxing and tasteful furniture. The dining room and kitchen are in the same space. Dining inside can accommodate 8-10 people, whereas the kitchen is fully equipped, with all necessary utensils, including dishwasher and microwave.

At the right of the living room, is located the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and an office area. Two more double bed bedrooms are to the left of the living room and are served with one more bathroom with shower.

A few meters from the main house is the guest house with a double or single beds, bathroom with shower open living room  and a kitchen.

From the large verandas there is a breath taking view of the Aegean sea that makes the eyes wander on the blue waters. The sunset hours are magnificent.

Few steps from the building, there is a stone swimming pool, 15m. long and 8m. wide with a pergola and a spacious bar.
