Luxury Villa Vetra is located only 3,5  km from center of Split (old town)

The city beach Znjan is just in walking distance. Outside there are a private yard and a balcony and BBQ dining area.

 Also, there is a private outdoor heated swimming pool, terrace with outdoor shower . Inside there are 3 bedrooms (1 double king size bed at lower level,1 king size bed at the 1st floor and 2 twins bed ) each bedroom has private bathroom. In addition, at the first floor l there is a office with work desk, sofa, cabinet , which easily transforming to 4th bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning, eco-friendly mattresses & upper bedclothes, as well as feathered pillows. There is kitchen, full equipped with blender, electric Grill, electric Stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker, boiler, dishes, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities. Also, there are two dining areas, for 10 persons each.

Upon arrival you will find the villa fully serviced with fresh linen & towels. During the stay is two times maid service and every three days sheets and towels change.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is 7 days.

500€ refundable security deposit is requested in cash on arrival and will be returned after departure inspection on check out.
