Villa Marina, a property, located in Split area, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.

Villa has  garden with an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities, Offering direct access to a terrace, the air-conditioned villa consists of 10 bedrooms. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and 9 bathrooms with a hot tub and a bath. 

Villa Enna is a large luxury villa with large private swimming pool ( 4 x 13,5 m) designed and equipped with the best available standards.

Villa Enna is leased out as a private home; it encompasses three floors with a balconies and terraces on the approximate 500 m2 of usable space

Ground floor is designed as common space with large living room, indoor and outdoor kitchens/dining rooms, playroom for smaller children, gaming room (which can be used as bedrooms), with large garden and sundeck around outdoor pool and whirlpool. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

On first floor there are 5 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with bunk bed for three children and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, the other rooms are for adults and all have en-suite bathrooms with showers and king or queen size beds. Four rooms for adults all have southern orientation and access to large terraces with sea view     

On second floor there are two rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and relaxation/meditation room.

Larger bedroom on second floor has freestanding bathtub as well as en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with amazing and unobstructed view over Adriatic islands.

 

Villa  offers a luxury of having professional restaurant chef and waiting staff who are coming to the villa especially for you to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can choose from our suggested menus with delicious dalmatian specialities, or you can create your own menu.

If you decide on having freshly caught fish, the chef can accompany you to the local fish market. Just contact us well in advance and we will meet any of your culinary desires.
